I provide consultations and telehealth therapy sessions to adults facing mental health struggles, substance use disorder, and other addictive behaviors. Sessions last 50 minutes and typically occur weekly or every other week, though we may determine if a different frequency of sessions will provide a better outcome.

In addition, I offer therapeutic support to family members who have a loved one who is struggling. When you have a loved one who is struggling with an addiction, you will likely be getting a lot of advice, feedback and suggestions from people, and it will be hard to know what to do. Alternatively, it may feel like you don’t have anyone to talk to and are struggling with figuring out how to best support your loved one and take care of yourself at the same time. This is where therapy with someone who has expertise in treating addictions can be helpful.

No matter what you’re struggling with, you don’t have to do it alone, and I am here to help you find strength, resilience and healing.
